Isaiah 61:3
The Spirit gave me the picture of God the Father dressing me/us as we dress our little children. He says to lift our arms so that He can take off this garment of heaviness and put on us His garment/cloak of praise.(So that we will be called oaks of righteousness planted by Adonai, in which He takes pride.)
